Job description, responsibilities and duties
Tasks:
- Technical Product Management: Identity Services / Mobile Connect Portfolio cluster, with focus on Attribute Services
- Product definition and specification, incl. Product User Flows design and Consent Management. Alignment with all relevant Units (TDG/EU/TSI/VTI intern & other Group functions)
- Definition of complex Product requirements for technical deployment and integration on Telekom’s Cloud Infrastructure
- Preparation, continuous development and alignment of the Mobile Connect Roadmap (new releases, new features, change requests)
- Product lifecycle management
- Product consulting for the Segments, NatCos
- Collaboration with other Telcos within GSMA Identity / Mobile Connect Technical Product Management activities
- Technical project management of international and cross functional Development and
- Delivery teams, working in both classical and agile projects

University education (Master's degree)
Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2) and German - Intermediate (B1)
Personality requirements and skills
Education:
- Master’s in Telecommunication, computer science, Information Technology/Systems or Economics or proven experience in related field (consumer/business product development, service delivery)
- Professional knowledge, skills, know-kow in the field & experience in the field:5+ years of experience in large scale ICT organization or Finance industry
- Proven track record in Identity Management related technologies/services/projects, Mobile Connect related experience is considered as a strong plus
- Proven track record in Product Management, ideally with current professional experience in the areas of agile product development and/or designing Product User Flows
- Experience in management of complex national/international projects, esp. product development, in both classical and agile methods
- Proven track record in documentation and presentations creation
- Experience with OpenID Connect, experience with OpenID connect profile is considered as a strong plus
- Good understanding of PSD2, eIDAS, GDPR and AML regulations
- Interpersonal, communication skills:Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak and write at both senior and junior levels within the organization
- Strong analytical skills; the ability to see at both the helicopter view and focus on details, if required
- Proven ability/experience working in a multi layered international matrix organization
- Experience in working with international teams (direct & indirect) from different cultural backgrounds and experience in managing external resources ensuring clarity, collaboration and efficiency
- Excellent team player
- Strong and dynamic individual, with the ability to thrive under pressure
- Sound appreciation of complex and large multi-user production systems and their architecture
- Solid use of agile methodologies
- Good understanding of operational processes
- Experience in inductry, cross-industry, gremias collaboration is considered as a strong plus
