Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Detailed job description: Provides value-added services, like e.g. Application Orchestration, maintained operating sytems, DBaaS, DNSaaS, etc.
- Accountable for the set-up, management, support and termination of the tool / platform-service
- Incident-(2nd level) problem-, change- and license management
- DevOps Tools integration (Jenkins, Git, Gerrit, etc)
- System Admin of the respective tool / platform-service
- Accountable for integration of tool / platform-service
- Accountable for acceptance of tool / platform-service
- Close interaction with other Sub-roles of the platform (e.g. SLA, architecture)
- KPI-Definition and monitoring of related tool / platform-service
- Responsible for planning, implementation, development and testing of HW/ SW components of the cloud patform
- Responsible for communication with 3rd parties/vendors during tendering process or during definition of cloud platform requirements.
- Preparing and adapting of PaaS service catalogue, templates and application models
- Monitoring/tracking performance of systems, dimensioning, and capacity planning with respect to future needs
- Responsible for preparation and administration of the techn. Documentation

- Skills, capabilities Education:University degree in Technical area (Computer Science, Telecommunication Engineering, Information Systems or related field)
- Professional knowledge, skills, know-how in the field & experience in the field:More than 3 years experience in area of cloud platforms design and testing, competence focus in the areas of application orchestration, platform-as-a-service or DevOps tools
- Language skills:English language – fluent (excellent verbal and written communication skills)
- Interpersonal, communication skills:Main interfaces for the position: internal PanNet employees, other PanNet companies, DT, external 3rd parties
