Job description:
  • Acts as a central program management for the PanNet Production Factory
  • Support the development of the production factory strategy and roadmap across infrastructure centers
  • Provides operative guidelines and directives for effective implementation of Pan-Net strategy across PF
  • Defines and implemements agile methodology as common standard for the development within the production factory
  • Plan, organize and manage PF weekly calls and PF campuses/WS
  • Coordination within the PF related to Pan-Net/PAN IP campuses/WS
  • Coordinates and manage centralized PF education plan
  • Defines reporting standards and methodolgy

Key Performance Indicators / Key responsibilities and deliverables:
  • Production Factory milestones set up
  • Successful and on time completion of Production Factory milestones and status reporting
  •  Education:University degree in related area: Business administration (MBA), Telecommunication Engineering or related field.
  •  Professional knowledge, skills, know-how in the field & experience in the field:More than 5 years’ experience in the domain of program management, strategy or consulting of a fixed or mobile operator
  • More than 5 years experience leading diverse programs for telecommunication operators – preferably in the infrastructure area
  • Understaning of Deutsche Telekom’s PanIP transformation program – preferably in the area of operations
  •  Language skills:English language – fluent (excellent verbal and written communication skills)
  •  Managerial skills / competences:Personell leadership compentency
  • Strong people development skills, especially for developing employees in the technology area
  • Experienced in manageing complex tasks and very good judgement to delegate tasks for efficient execution
  •  Interpersonal, communication skills:Excellent team player and motivator
  • Clear, consistent and direct communication
  • Ability to give and receive open feedback
  •  Other soft skills, competences:Conflict management and moderation
  • High level of customer orientation

Brief description of the company

Deutsche Telekom Pan-Net, s.r.o. - established within Pan IP program is a company which will pilot and manage the whole pan-European Network. From Bratislava, this company will be the first point of contact regarding all overarching matters of the national companies with respect to the pan-European Network.
Being the key entry gate for requirements towards Pan-Net portfolio, we will manage a common service production catalogue, establish new processes and operating models, combining assets and resources to create services for the national companies.
To achieve all this we are building a new, cross-functional and truly international team.
