Job description:
  • Responsible for building up and implementing Customer relationship manangement within Deutsche Telekom Pan-Net as the single point of contact for pre-sales, sales and after sale operational activities to NatCos; build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships to our NatCos and develop a trusted advisor relationship, understand Natcos strategies, technology backround, retirement plans, financial backround
  • Understand the Pan-Net roadmap, service portfolio, Pan-IP Program apsects impacting the relationship with Natcos
  • Manage Business Principles for Pan-Net, prepare, negotiate and Coordinate the contracting process, negotiate the different aspect of the contracts, close  framework agreements and Customer Facing Service Agreements with NatCos, ensure realization of contracting conditions towards the customers
  • Manage the SLA process, including the definition of SLAs from Natcos, ensure their fulfillment inside the company and by the vendors, establish review system, manage the resolution and improvement measure across the whole company; define the strategy for improvement of overall SLA management
  • Manage Natco demand and understand the driving factors behind, ensure that the demand is reflected appropriately in Pan-Net masterplan and that Natco’s interests and overall financial implications are accounted for
  • Implement and manage the system for collecting service requriements and volume updates, negotiate the volumes to improve the Pan-Net financials
  • Implement and manage SLA process and system inside Pan-Net, ensure the proper reporting of SLAs, establish the review process with the customers and the continuous improvement system for the individual SLAs, ensure that SLAs are monitored appropriately and coordinate the execution of improvement measures across the company
  • Impelment and manage Enterprise risk management steering activities, manage the relationship with the outsourcing partners for delivery of the ERM activities, coordinate involved functions, manage the whole process
  • Manage overall billing process, ensure availability and accuracy of billing data, updating of the pricing scheems, coordinate and manage the definition of the requirements for the billing system, ensure their implementations, ensure the correctness of bills, follow-up on billing topics, ensure implementation of improvements

  • Proven track record of experience in similar position

  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Experience in SLA- Management
  • Preferably good networks across DTAG NatCos
  • Experience in working in cross functional teams

Brief description of the company

Deutsche Telekom Pan-Net, s.r.o. - established within Pan IP program is a company which will pilot and manage the whole pan-European Network. From Bratislava, this company will be the first point of contact regarding all overarching matters of the national companies with respect to the pan-European Network.
Being the key entry gate for requirements towards Pan-Net portfolio, we will manage a common service production catalogue, establish new processes and operating models, combining assets and resources to create services for the national companies.
To achieve all this we are building a new, cross-functional and truly international team.
