Job Description, responsabilities:

Budget planning on Service Delivery level to consolidate budgets from all Service Centers.
Align budget with PanNet finance community
Develop and maintain a technical cost model including CAPEX and OPEX for PanNet services together with service centers
Define unit cost model for PanNet services unit prices.
Align service cost model with infrastructure to develop service costing
Identify main cost drivers and propose cost optimization measures
Execute sensitivity analyses

University education (Bachelor's degree)

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Key performance indicators/key responsabilities:

EBITDA
Education:University degree in area of technology or business administration (MBA, Telecommunication Engineering, Information Systems or related field)
Professional knowledge, skills, know how in the field & experience in the field:More than 4 years experience in the area of financial management or cost engineering in a telecommunication service provider
More than 4 years experience in budget planning and CAPEX/OPEX modeling of network and IT domains for telecom operators
Language skills:English language – fluent (excellent verbal and written communication skills)
Interpersonal, communication skills:Main interfaces for the position:internal PanNet employees, other PanNet companies, DT,external 3rd parties
Excellent team player and motivator
Other soft skills, competences:Clear communication skills
High level of customer orientation
Very good command of the English language
Team leadership for small teams
