Job description:
  • Maintains Corporate Process Framework;
  • Implement changes in processes;
  • Support process owners and process managers in process design, development and implementation;
  • Assist with storing, creating, and delivering essential training materials;
  • Ensure process compliance and process dependent working within the Operations;
  • Analyse if all processes cooperate in a seamless way, propose and implement corrective measures;
  • Participate in projects with impact to process environment;
  • Supports simulations to propose optimal resources for processes’ operation;
  • Assist in promoting the implementation of best practices;
  • Supports organisation of audits and controls.

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

KPIs / Key deliverables:
  • Work closely and effectively across departments to document existing and new processes;
  • Maintain an electronic database of documents, processes, and living templates;
  • Executes changes to the existing processes;
  • Contribute to new training efforts for employees;
  • Supports all parties involved in managing and improving processes.
  •  Education:Bachelor's Degree.
  •  Professional knowledge, skills, know-how in the field & experience in the field:A minimum of 3 years of related work experience in processes area;
  • Knowledge of industry process standards e.g. eTOM, ITIL and BPMN 2.0;
  • Experience presenting to small groups.
  • Experience delivering trainings an advantage.
  •  Language Skills:English – fluent (excellent verbal and written communication);
  • Knowledge of other EU working languages would be an asset.
  •  Managerial skills/competences:Ability to effectively participate in ad-hoc/project teams in order to find a solution in time and within defined budget;
  • Ability to support change and positively influence others.
  •  Interpersonal, communication skills:Ability to work in a culturaly diverse and remote team;
  • Excellent interpersonal and cooperation skills;
  • Analytical thinking.
  •  Problem solving:Ability to analyse medium-complex tasks;
  • Identify and analyse risks and potential problems;
  • Approach situations with respect to maintain quality and minimise costs.
  • Responsability and impact:Work closely and effectively across departments to document existing and new corporate processes according to corporate and group rules and guidelines;

Brief description of the company

Deutsche Telekom Pan-Net, s.r.o. - established within Pan IP program is a company which will pilot and manage the whole pan-European Network. From Bratislava, this company will be the first point of contact regarding all overarching matters of the national companies with respect to the pan-European Network.
Being the key entry gate for requirements towards Pan-Net portfolio, we will manage a common service production catalogue, establish new processes and operating models, combining assets and resources to create services for the national companies.
To achieve all this we are building a new, cross-functional and truly international team.
