Job description, responsibilities and duties

Job description: 
  • Ensure local Finance support for all Pan-Net entities by consulting and working collaborative together
  • Interface to DT SSC, DT Treasury and other service providers
  • Maintain day-to-day communication and coordination with accountants in DT SSC and local NatCos as Service Providers (with emphasis on asset accounting)
  • Ensure all asset related documents needed for appropriate accounting are obtained by DT Pan-Net Slovakia
  • Ensure all relevant legal and statutory requirements related to asset accounting are met (for example, but not limited to, inventory taking, review of Usefule life of assets, propper depreciation key usage etc.)
  • Suppoprt booking of intragroup transacations and their reconcialtion
  • Ensure proper implemention of the accounting processes within Pan-Net entitites
  • Support ad-hoc tasks which will appear during DT Pan-Net’s implementation phase

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Key responsibilities and deliverables:
  • Support accounting of DT Pan-Net Slovakia and other Pan-Net entities
  • Support internal and external finance reporting
  • Asset management operations
  • General Ledger operations
  • Collaboration with all Finance functionalities in all Pan-Net entities
  •  Education: Master/University degree in economics or other related fields
  •  Proffesional Kowledge and know-how in the field:Experience in field of activity : min 3 years
  • Deep knowledge of IFRS and accounting processes
  • Local GAAP knowledge in European countries with DT footprint is a plus
  • Good problem-solving, analytical, technical, IT and numerical abilities
  • Multinational experience: Yes

Brief description of the company

Deutsche Telekom Pan-Net, s.r.o. - established within Pan IP program is a company which will pilot and manage the whole pan-European Network. From Bratislava, this company will be the first point of contact regarding all overarching matters of the national companies with respect to the pan-European Network.
Being the key entry gate for requirements towards Pan-Net portfolio, we will manage a common service production catalogue, establish new processes and operating models, combining assets and resources to create services for the national companies.
To achieve all this we are building a new, cross-functional and truly international team.
