Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
*Responsible for development and operations of Cloud Platforms components
*Responsible for providing value-added services for cloud platform (e.g. Application Orchestration, maintained operating systems, DBaaS, DNaaS, etc.)
*Provide for technical and professional growth through assignments, mentoring, and technical training.
*Responsible for the coordination among multiple development groups and close collaboration with infrastructure teams, PanNet SOC (Service Ops Center) and 3rd party providers
*Responsible for definition and monitoring SLA profiles regarding Cloud Platforms
*Responsible for definition of the cloud platform KPI/KQI framework
*Responsible for set up prices for offered Platform Services
*Be responsible for implementation of targets in respective area, to propose and implement solutions for efficiencies increase
*Responsible for planning, implementation, development, testing of Cloud Platform components (HW, SW)
*Responsible for integration and acceptance of tool/platform-service
*Responsible for the set-up, management, support and termination of the tool/platform services
*Responsible for incident management (2nd level), change and license management
*Responsible for interface to connectivity providers between Data Centers
*Responsible for reporting and analysis in NFVI area
*Streamline operations for improving uptime, reducing service incidents, and accelerating software deployments
*Manage activities and employees of the respective organizational unit
