What will you do?
- Play an active role in planning and forecasting of workforce (FTEs)
- Connect workforce with the costs associated – the most significant driver in the cost structure
- Act as a partner & challenger of the assigned business cluster for the main costing KPI – internal workforce costs (IWC)
- Run cross-checks of actual status and planned (forecasted) FTEs and IWCs
- Regular detailed update of the planning during procedures of budget, forecast 0, forecast 4, year-end monitoring in H2 of the year
- Working with modern tools like SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI (user role)
- Part of a global workforce planning team on a corporate level
You will succeed if you:
- Have minimum 2 years experience at similar position within Finance & Controlling
- Hold a diploma of Finance/Business Administration study at the university
- Are advanced at Soft skills, team cooperation, and have overall affinity in financials
- Possess knowledge of Finance and Controlling processes and procedures
- Have strong sense of responsibility and communication as well as negotiation skills
- Speak English on B2 level at least. German might be an advantage
- Are advanced user of SAPFI/CO, SAP BW, MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
