What will you do?

  • Lead IT Change Initiatives: Drive and manage strategic IT change initiatives to align with company objectives, ensuring seamless adoption of new processes and technology improvements.
  • Optimize IT Processes : Identify and implement process improvements in IT service management to enhance efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction, using frameworks like ITIL, Lean, and Agile.
  • Coordinate with Stakeholders : Serve as the primary point of contact between IT operations and process management, leading meetings to align on change priorities and address process needs.
  • Monitor and Act on Performance : Analyze key IT performance metrics (KPIs) and address any gaps, taking proactive steps to maintain high standards in service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee IT Projects : Lead IT change management projects from planning through implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals and reporting progress to leadership.
  • Mentor and Train Team Members: Provide training and mentorship in IT change processes to build skills and increase process knowledge across teams.
  • Ensure Compliance and Documentation: Maintain compliance with IT standards and document all processes, providing transparency and supporting continuous improvement.

You will succeed if you:

  • Have Relevant Education and Experience: Hold a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) with at least 5 years in IT change management or IT operations, preferably in a technology-focused environment.
  • Are Certified and Technically Proficient: Hold an ITIL Foundation certification (advanced ITIL, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma a plus) and are skilled in tools like Microsoft Office, ServiceNow, and change management platforms.
  • Are fluent in German (B2+) AND English (B2) to engage effectively with global teams.
  • Bring Core Competencies Demonstrate leadership, adaptability, analytical thinking, and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple IT projects in a dynamic environment.
