1 000 EUR/monthFinal salary is negotiable. We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1000€ /brutto.

We`re team of LAN (Local Area Network) and Security experts who provide the best services for our customers. We are currently looking for a new member of our team – ICT Administrator III. You will independently check, execute, solve (where appropriate), and creates tickets (problem ticket, change management ticket, incident, delivery order (DO)) to maintain service to customers according to given quality KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and internal processes (INM, CHM, PRM, DOM). 2nd and 3rd level environment. We are responsible for the operation of CISCO ACI, Juniper Switches, Citrix Loadbalancer, Imperva Web Application Firewalls

What will you do?

  • Perform, coordinate and improve most complex activities needed to provide IT services and the supporting infrastructure in order to fulfill relevant KPI’s.
  • Propose and perform regular inspections and improvement recommendations .
  • Diagnose and resolve complex tickets or escalate complex tickets with direct/potential impact related to IT infrastructure.
  • Investigate the root cause of complex incidents and then initiate actions to improve or correct the situation.
  • Evaluate, authorize, prioritize, plan, test, implement, document and review complex changes in controlled manner or escalate to higher authority.
  • Identify weaknesses in used processes and eliminate them following industry and internal standards.
  • Plan, implement and maintain a stable technical infrastructure to support organization’s business.
  • Serve as technical lead to provide clear and comprehensive release and deployment plans.

You will succeed if you:

  • Finished Secondary, Bachelor or master’s Education 
  • Are fluent in English language (B2 level), German language advantage
  • Have minimum 2 years’ experience in ICT Application Operation & Management 
  • Are Network and Cloud enthusiast 
  • Have analytical thinking and effective communication skills 
  • Are a Team player with experience to share knowledge with team 
  • If you are open to provide on-call duties (Where you will independently solve and troubleshoot of incidents and errors withing defined expertise.
