our Purpose is to operate Governance of the Quality management on corporate level of DTAG. Coordinate and control different types of Audit and Security Compliance processes according to valid ISO standards, in order to increase the efficiency of the service activity and customer satisfaction, provide audit support and knowledge across different units. Deal with any audit related outcomes, implement audit findings across units, serve as a mediator or initiator for different audit issues that might occur. Provide consultancy in assigned processes and prepare optimalization measures relating to processes and reporting.
We are looking for an experienced Security Manager with a strong command of the German language to ensure the seamless implementation of national, corporate, or customer security policies and standards within our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development, implementation, communication, and continuous improvement of security concepts, policies, and processes.
What will you do?
- Coordinate and manage access requests to the customer environment, ensuring proper authorization and compliance.
- Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and the customer for access-related issues and requests.
- Oversee the onboarding and offboarding process for personnel requiring access, ensuring all access is granted and revoked appropriately.
- Ensure adherence to security policies and procedures regarding access control and data protection.
- Maintain accurate records of access permissions and changes, ensuring they align with customer requirements and internal standards.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of access controls to identify and address any discrepancies or unauthorized access.
- Ensure compliance with relevant security regulations and standards, including data protection and privacy laws.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate security controls into the Linux and Windows environment, including access management and encryption.
- Oversee the implementation of security measures, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and security patches.
- Report on security metrics, incidents, and compliance status to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
You will succeed if you:
- Proficiency in German at B1-B2 level is required.
- Hands-on experience in access control management, firewalls, and network security.
- Expertise in security reporting and applying security patches.
- Familiarity with Windows, UNIX, and Linux operating systems.
- Strong understanding of IT compliance and data protection regulations.
- Knowledge of ISO 27001/27002 standards and ITIL framework.
- An organized, structured, and adaptable approach to work.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Certifications such as CCNA Security or CISM are a plus.
