Wage (gross)

From 1 150 EUR/monthFinal salary is negotiable. We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1150€ /brutto.

What will you do?

  • Provides board members and customers with regular reports in order to manage the account effectively and efficiently.
  • Inspection of data inputs in order to keep data quality on top level
  • Investigation of relevant reasons of breached SLA as an input for reports
  • Communication with identified stakeholders on daily basis to collect relevant inputs
  • Assuming responsibility for the strategic alignment and development of reporting standards and the IT applications used in the task area Shaping KPI governance within the Group
  • Preparing functional concepts with high management attention Designing, agreeing, and introducing complex "reporting families"Preparing authorization concepts and deciding on authorization requests
  • Managing escalations in case of critical customer inquiriesComprehensively advising the business areas with innovative technical and business process knowledge
  • Assuming responsibility for proposals for decisions and recommended courses of action; presenting and discussing the results at management level
  • Practicing active management and transfer of knowledge
  • Ensuring security and compliance requirements
  • Carrying out customer contact management (providing support for a key account, if necessary)
  • Managing strategically aligned projects

You will succeed if you:

  • Have 1-3 yrs of experience in similar role
  • Very good understanding of data structures (learning data, skill profile data, learning plan data, engagement data ...)
  • Basic technical competence on data models and what IT applications can deliver
  • Very good communication skills
  • Collaboration skills (as interface between the reporters technically and requesters and segment demand/works council)
  • Basic data protection knowledge
  • English at least on B2 level
  • German would be an advantage
