From 1 820 EUR/monthFinal salary is negotiable. We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1820€ /brutto.

What will you do?

  • You will be managing and supporting strategic HR products in the areas of performance development of individuals and teams as well as employee engagement surveys.
  • You will be involved in designing and further developing our HR People Development products and processes, implementing, and executing them in the organization.
  • You will be working in a dynamic, international team applying the most effective way of working.
  • The experience of our leaders and employees will be the core of your work, as we are working on customer-centric solutions for our internal customers.
  • You will design, implement, and further develop processes and co-create with providers the IT platforms.
  • You will analyze data to understand impact and value drivers and consult top management and leadership teams in the organization.
  • You will manage a community of internal and external experts, monitor market developments and the competitive situation as well as innovation/technology scouting.

You will succeed if you:

  • Have the mindset and passion for innovation and customer focus. You are ready to join us in creating the best experience and opportunities for individuals, teams and the organization to boost their performance.
  • Have strong knowledge and experience in HR-Development products, processes and platforms, especially in performance development or engagement surveys ideally in combination with negotiation with Works Council.
  • Have a solid understanding of functional specifications and technical interfaces of supporting IT tools and platforms.
  • Have a data driven mindset, experience in data analytics, data visualization and storytelling with data.
  • Gained experiences in organizational dynamics of an international company with a talent in persuading stakeholders on all hierarchy levels.
  • Have a consultancy-like mindset with experience to handle and structure complex environments. Combined with the ability to communicate on point you can create appealing written and visual communication.
  • Have a master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Are proficient in English. German language skills (level B2) are a plus.
