1 180 EUR/monthFinal salary is negotiable. We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1180eur /brutto.
What will you do?
PurposePlanning, leading, organizing, and motivating agile and non-agile project teams to realize the change. Defining and/or developing a project management approach that is suitable for planning and managing the teams effort (PMI, Prince, scrum, SAFe, lean change management, others..)
Key accountabilities
- Contribute to business cases, arrange resourcing, organize project team in line with customer/organization's requirements
- Define project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value; organize and lead project status and working meetings; prepare and distribute progress reports; manage risks and issues; correct deviations from plans; and perform delivery planning for assigned projects
- Assist in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks to their work; leveraging organizational resources to improve capacity for project work; and mentoring and developing team members
- Promote empowerment of the team, ensure that each team member is fully engaged in the project and making a meaningful contribution, and encourage a sustainable pace with high-levels of quality for the team
- Manage stakeholder communications, implement an effective system of project governance
- Champion improvement initiatives to implement best practices for agile project management and agility in general
You will succeed if you:
QualificationsEducation
- Bachelor
- Knowledge of both agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together to fit a project and business environment
- Ability to provide leadership to diverse teams, to collaborate with customers and to develop strategies and solutions of high business value
- Successfully implemented larger, more complex projects, preferably in international environment, including 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager
- PMP/CAPM/PRINCE2, Professional Agile Leadership, Leading SAFe®, Implementing SAFe® not must, but an advantage
- Knowledge of ICT - Intermediate
- ITIL - Basic
- PM methodology - Advanced
- Agile mindset principles and practices - Advanced
- MS Office/365 - Advanced
- MIRO, JIRA, other digital collaboration tools - User
- English - Advanced (C1)
