As our team member you will collaborate and ensure that planes can take off, new trucks can be produced, shoes can be shipped, insurance claims can be processed etc.

Key accountabilities

• Development, operations, and administration of Open Telecom Cloud with focus on security
• Improving existing architecture, introducing changes, testing and ensuring operation of various systems


This is general purpose: The Security Engineer is a member of the global team of highly qualified/expert Engineers in data center technologies including all of Storage, Server and systems management. Security Engineering focuses on security aspects in the design of systems that need to be able to deal robustly with possible sources of disruption, ranging from natural disasters to malicious acts. To support the delivery of engineering solutions that satisfy functional and user requirements, but with the added dimension of preventing misuse and malicious behavior.

You will succeed if you:

• Open Telekom Cloud (OTC) know-how
• Expert knowledge of cloud technology
• Knowledge of network security
• Ability to detect and respond to threats
• Expertise in encryption
• Communication skills
• Problem-solving skills

Languages

• English - Upper intermediate (B2)
• German - Nice to have

Wage (gross)

1 445 EUR/monthFinal salary is negotiable. We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits.
