From 4,5 EUR/hourFinal salary is negotiable. We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 4,50 € /brutto per hour.

What will you do?

Purpose: 
Support for Certain Department

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will provide crucial support to our business operations by assisting with various administrative tasks and actively participating in team activities. Your responsibilities will include managing calendars, coordinating meetings and events, handling communications, making travel arrangements, performing general administrative duties, and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines. The successful candidate will contribute to the smooth functioning of our organization, ensuring efficient business operations and the handling of confidential information with professionalism. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have excellent organizational skills, and can manage multiple responsibilities effectively, we encourage you to apply for this position.

 
Key accountabilities:
  • Business assistance support 
  • Active participation in teams activities.
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and events.
  • Ordering of office supplier within company rules
  • Handle phone and email communications, including screening calls and responding to inquiries.
  • Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Creation of settlements
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient business operations and engaging in team activities
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines

Ability to work 20 hours per week
