1 200 EUR/monthFinal salary is negotiable. We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1200 € /brutto.
What will you do?
PurposeQualification Manager acts as a support in the planning of qualification needs, ensures operational implementation of qualification measures (interface management suppliers, invoicing, administration of trainings, resources and deadlines). Qualification Manager is the first level support for users of learning platforms and media.
Key accountabilities
- Has responsibility for constant observation and analysis of national and international new learning formats, tools and trends (R&D)
- Manages of IT and non-IT projects of global implementation of these new mostly digital learning formats and tools
- Defines and agrees on requirements by external service providers, also collaborating with international units/ interface
- Ensures esigning, rolling out, promoting and running global training products
- Analyzes relevant reports and derive data-based decisions and measures
- Has responsibility for drafting, compiling and preparing the content of documents to prepare for management decisions
You will succeed if you:
QualificationsEducation
- Master´s degree
- Human Resources Development - 3 years
- English - Upper intermediate (B2)
- German - Upper intermediate (B2)
- Experienced in managing IT and non-IT projects on an international and intercultural level with a high sense of customer orientation
- Extensive project organization and management skills in steering and leading projects
- Experienced in negotiations
- Confident-inspiring and autonomous way of managing and planning topics
- Ability to use new communication and collaboration methods actively
- Intercultural skills
