Project Description

The Access4You Service Hub bundles the identity, authentication and authorization portfolio for Deutsche Telekom globally. To enable access to all necessary IT services, our portfolio also includes IT Shop for our employees at Deutsche Telekom and virtual desktop services for external partners. Our customers are all corporate segments and international entities, followed by the applications that require identity and access management services in a secure and compliant way. Core Technologies used in our ecosystem are OneIdentity, MS Active Directory and Azure AD, IBM ISAM/ISVA, syscovery SavvySuite, Intercede & Nexus Group PKI to deliver our products and services around CIAM/CAIMAN, Corporate Active Directory, Telekom SSO, MyIT and VDS. The hub is structured into SAFe driven value streams (DevOps) and operations focused value streams.


You will work together with …

• managers of the hub and partner hubs – consulting, alignment of strategy
• architects from workplace related areas like the Client Hub or Collaboration Hub
• our product management, customers and suppliers to help ensure fitness for purpose
• our product owners and teams within the Access4You Hub to create a solution design
• other application and enterprise architects to ensure that the solution fits with enterprise goals, technologies and interoperates with other identity and security systems
• IT Security and Data Privacy colleagues

Your areas of responsibility:

• You are responsible for the conceptual design of our One.Identity based IAM Services in a hybrid cloud environment and work closely with the service teams to ensure the solution under development is fit for its intended purpose
• You are responsible for the development and implementation of an architecture that enables us to rapidly onboard our applications to the central role shop
• It is your responsibility to implement a system architecture which meets our compliance requirements and enforces regulations of the Internal Control System (ICS)
• You describe the System Context and System Intent, analyze technical trade-offs, determine the primary components and subsystems
• You identify the interfaces between the systems, define Nonfunctional Requirements (NFRs), guide Enablers through the Program
• Conceptual further development of IT-Services in a private and hybrid cloud environment using modern technologies
• Design of IT-Architectures based on business process functional requirements and quantity scales
• As responsible architect you work together with the Services Teams to drive forward the activities of a transition and future vision architecture
• You conduct and moderate workshops
• Creation and continuous update of the Architectural Runway to the agile implementations
• Driving an overarching architecture vision and strategy and derivation of measures incl. pilots with vendors, customers
• Consulting of the managers of the hub and also other hubs – i. e. for an alignment of service & product strategy
• Delivery of the architecture artifacts in agile projects

• Expertise in developing architecture & product strategy
• Consulting of management, also on customer’s side
• Development and maintenance of target picture and architectural runway
• Strong strategic orientation, but also focusing on realistic target and operations concerns
• Joy to work in agile Teams
• Several years of experience in architectural work and common architecture frameworks
• Very good presentation and moderation skills
• Successfully conducted complex IT retirement programs
• Very strong collaboration and communication skills
• Very good conceptual and analytical skills
• High level of consulting skills
• Very good English skills
• International working experience >3 months

Wage (gross)

2 050 EUR/monthFinal salary is negotiable. We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will vary from 2050 - 3100 € /brutto.
