What will you do?
PurposeInterface between customer and operation teams in defined field in order to keep quality of the production.
Key accountabilities
- Responsible for Windows, Linux and application team
- Responsible for KPIs and SLAs of the related services
- Ensure the quality of provided services and provides operational support.
- Responsible for charging and reporting
- Monitor operational performance on the respective technical layers and cooperates with various teams.
- Identify, formulate and implement the improvement of processes and policies to maximize operational output.
