Wage (gross)

From 950 EUR/monthFinal salary is negotiable. We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 950€/brutto

What will you do?

Performs tasks related to the respective Production processes. Coordinates and controls processes according to valid standards in order to increase the efficiency of the service activity and customer satisfaction. Designs and produces internal and external reports related to process management.

Key accountabilities:
  • Knowledge of business processes of Telekom Germany GmbH
  • Basic knowledge about the applications and interfaces between them in the Telekom IT
  • Ability to work with Service Manager 9 (creating and tracking of tickets) and NIMBUS (finding of problem tickets which are related to created issues)
  • Ability to work with monitoring tools in use

Other responsibilities:
  • Active review of working instructions
  • Communication with technicians (Application Manager, Technical Solution Manager,…)
  • Proactive actions in case of detection of abnormal but not critical behavior (analyzing, communication, tracking, …)
  • Update the Logbook, collect information about changes
  • Initiate trainings or lessons learnt, if necessary

Working time:
  • 12 hour shift system (Day Shift: 06:00-18:00/Night Shift 18:00-06:00) including Public Holidays
  • Possibility to work from home (Teleworking/Home office)
