What will you do?

Purpose:
Independently check, execute, solve (where appropriate), and creates tickets (problem ticket, change management ticket, incident, delivery
order (DO)) in order to maintain service to customers according to given quality KPIs and internal processes (INM, CHM, PRM, DOM).
2nd level environment.

Activities:
  • Collaboration in the service desk if required also 7x24 shift work
  • Telephone support for customers and prospects
  • Receiving customer inquiries and opening incidents or service requests
  • Initial solution attempt according to specifications and qualified
  • Forwarding of the incidents to the 1st level support or other specialist groups according to specifications
  • Ensuring availability by telephone
  • Acquisition of additional tasks in the office area if required

You will succeed if you:

  • Customer-oriented thinking and acting
  • Competence in telephone conversations
  • Good communication skills (clear, understandable pronunciation, fluency)
  • Pleasant voice and diction
  • Flexibility, resilience and willingness to perform
  • Willingness to work in shifts up to 7x24
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written German
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Safe handling of the entire MS Office product range
  • Good knowledge of spoken and written English, further foreign language desirable
  • Very good knowledge of German

Languages:
German - Upper intermediate (B2) - minimum
English - Upper intermediate (B2) - minimum

Anywhere within Slovakia
