Wage (gross)

From 1 200 EUR/monthFinal salary is negotiable. We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1200 € /brutto.

What will you do?

Purpose
HR Partner & Portfoliomanagement: It is crucial to have the right skills on board for the future on our way to the digital age. In this regard, we see it as our task to manage training on the basis of the skills needed now and in the future as derived from the corporate strategy.

Your Tasks
  • Constant observation and analysis of national and international new learning formats, tools and trends (R&D)
  • Managing of IT and non-IT projects of global implementation of these new mostly digital learning formats and tools
  • Defining and agreeing on requirements by external service providers, also collaborating with international units/ interface
  • Designing, rolling out, promoting and running global training products
  • Analyze relevant reports and derive data-based decisions and measures
  • Drafting, compiling, and preparing the content of documents to prepare for management decisions

You will succeed if you:

  • 1-3 years of professional experience in Human Resources (Development)
  • You have a degree in a direction relevant for the tasks or have completed your vocational training with additional specialist training
  • You are experienced in managing IT and non-IT projects on an international and intercultural level with a high sense of customer orientation
  • Extensive project organization and management skills in steering and leading projects
  • Experienced in negotiations
  • You are fluent in English and German
  • You have a very confidence-inspiring and autonomous way of managing and planning topics
  • Ability to use new communication and collaboration methods actively
  • Intercultural skills
