From 1 350 EUR/monthFinal salary is negotiable. We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1350 EUR/brutto.

What will you do?

General description
Support customers (managers/ internal customers) in a variety of ways:
  • Transparency of business results, finance & processes in the company.
  • To prevent customers from making inefficient decisions which are based on strategy of division.
  • To provide all relevant controlling information to customers which are used for decision making.
  • To coordinate preparation of the plans & sub- plans, which are oriented to ensure successful future of the company.
  • To develop & maintain controlling systems.

Responsibilities
  • Sales Controller assesses the pipeline and challenges sales teams during reviews
  • Measures financial performance of revenue KPIs (profitability of accounts, order entry, etc.)
  • Communicates with Head of Sales in Netherlands, Dutch sales teams, service delivery managers and financial controllers
  • Runs account (customer), profitability and revenue reviews, challenges sales teams
  • Prepares sales forecasts of respective sales/revenue KPIs and performs connected variance analysis
  • Investigates main delta drivers and their business justification for management
  • Ability to deal with different stakeholders including management and executive committee
  • An extension of the local Dutch team

You will succeed if you:

  • The right mindset to deal with management, finance and sales organizations
  • Ability to connect impact of booked order entry into revenue flow - advantage
  • MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) – advanced level.
  • Working with large amount of data, pivots, whatif, sumif, vlookups
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to push own opinion by valid argumentation
  • Willingness to spread the knowledge to other team members
