Wage (gross)

1 300 - 1 500 EUR/monthFinal salary is negotiable. We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1300€/brutto.

What will you do?

Purpose
Independently check, execute, solve (where appropriate), and creates tickets (problem ticket, change management ticket, incident, delivery order in order) to maintain service to customers according to given quality KPIs and internal processes (2nd and 3rd level environment).

Key accountabilities
  • Take proactive and reactive steps to ensure network uptime for F5 clients.
  • Provide real-time guidance to customers on network configurations.
  • Document actions taken in incident management systems, knowledge base, or ticketing systems as required
  • Collaborate with and support multi-functional teams.
  • Hands on technical experience with LAN/WAN operations
  • Solid grasp and hands-on experience in Routing & Switching
  • Provide mentoring and coaching to junior engineers.
  • Experience with Deploying and/or Supporting at least two products from the F5 product families
  • Skilled understanding of HTTP
  • Experience with F5 hardware, software, and utilities like iRules, iApps, and iControl. a plus

You will succeed if you:

Technical Knowledge in one of the following areas is required
  • Local Traffic Manager, creation of VIPs, load balancing, health monitoring.
  • Application Authentication/Authorization Technologies: VPN, Active Directory, or Radius
  • Access policy Manager, experience with Access Policies, SSO, SAML


  • Valid certification in given technology;
  • Overview of the ITIL processes and Agile / Scrum Metodology;
  • Organisational and presentation skills;
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities;
  • Customer service orientation;
  • Able to prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment;
  • Technical documentation skills, able to produce clear and concise documentation;
