Job description, responsibilities and duties

Work in young and dynamic team and support operation of customers of various sizes and industries. Take part in international projects and be in daily contact with customer.

Your responsibilities
• Responsible for part his part of service chain, cross squad and tribe (technical layer)
• Responsible for KPIs and SLAs / OLAs of the related services
• Has an overview of technical content of his environment / specialized technical concepts. Influences future setup and design changes with cooperation of architects
• Ensure the quality of provided services and provides operational support, actively brings and works on improvement activities
• Coordinate, manage and monitor operational performance on the respective technical layer and cooperates with various squads and tribes, acts as an interface between different organizational units
• Ensures stable environment – life cycle management, evergreening
• Identify, formulate and implement the improvement of processes and policies to maximize operational output, manages related documentation where needed
• Support SC OPM in planning the requirement for resourcing
• Operational interface between the production and SC OPM
• Support SC OPM in explanation of production options for SDM
• Responsible for the default reporting ordered by the SC OPM
• Monitor, manage and improve the efficiency of provided services
• Ensures the service fits financial and budget limits, actively contributes on setting the targets
• Deals with vendor management – license expiration, planning, costs
• Supports various projects – both internal and external
• Responsible to lead internal improvement initiatives and projects such as consolidation, environment standardization, etc. …
• Supports internal and external audit

Wage (gross)

1 000 EUR/monthFinal salary is negotiable. We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary starts from 1000 EUR/brutto.

Our parent company Deutsche Telekom AG decided to take strategic steps towards structural change, which resulted in the splitting of T-Systems Slovakia into two legal entities, operating, as of July 1, 2020.
