2 420 EUR/monthFinal salary is negotiable.  We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 2420 EUR/brutto.

What will you do?

Defines and manages DT SYSO strategy in terms of quality assurance in close alignment with the global strategy.
Is responsible for the areas of Global Delivery Excellence, focusing on Global Business Assurance; Processes, Operational Excellence & Automation; T&T; Strategic Resource Management; Local Quality and Service Center approach.
Ensures the competitiveness in the TSI internal and external market with regular report status to MD DT SYSO, Global GDE Head and respective cluster Heads.

Acts according to valid legislation and Slovak Labor code.

Strategy:
· Defines and updates the annual strategy and portfolio (business direction, people, clients) for the respective organization within the framework of DT IT, TSI and the international GDE Unit strategy.

Finance:
· Plans and monitors OPEX budgets for the entire GDE organization in DT SYSO. Ensures that the monthly break down of financials are on the approved level of the DT SYSO board of directors.
· Defines, monitors and executes measures to stay monthly within the budget e.g. efficiency program, training budget, travel budget, personal costs primary and secondary.
· Requests and monitors purchase order entry and ensure all PO to be available before start of business.


Quality:
· Negotiates and monitors KPIs, SLAs and other business relevant quality parameters which are defined by internal/external clients.
· Defines proactive measures to safeguard all quality parameters and in case of negative deviation initiate and monitor countermeasures to get back to green.
· Is accountable for SLA´s, meets contractual obligations.
· Drives the GDE organization in DT SYSO according to international GDE requirements.

Communication and process:
· Aligns global business view with the local view of GDE in DT SYSO by being member of the Global management board of the global organization.
· Executes the governance model defined in DT SYSO and in the respective global organization (guidelines, management handbook, process and process improvements).
· Ensures proper communication within GDE (DT SYSO) unit to ensure that all employees are aware of the company and unit strategy and the targets of the pillars.


People:
· Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting/reducing, training employees, secure legal work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.
· Accomplishes staff results by communicating expectations, planning and monitoring job results, providing overview, coaching, mentoring, and disciplining employees, developing, coordinating, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.


Management scope:
· Manages the team of 5+ direct subordinates covering 250 specialists in the areas outlined above
· Active member of Board of Management in DT SYSO.
