What You'll Do

For existing customers we are looking for a Software-defined WAN engineer, who will support our international customers with SD-WAN solutions using high-end Cisco technologies. DT Technik is a business leader in SD-WAN technology and our SD-WAN engineers are trusted advisors to our customers. They directly plan, create and implement solutions that will be used.


Who You'll Work With

The team is a good mix of network engineers and developers. Our team has presence located in Germany, Slovakia and Hungary and you can work fully remote from anywhere in Slovakia.
Who You Are

You enjoy working for Enterprise and Service Provider customers. You also have experience deploying and troubleshooting PnP SD-WAN fabric (Controllers, cEdges, Underlay) or similar NMS (Network Management System). Network design and/or deployment experience is also a big plus.


Purpose

Software Solution Designer for Application Development is responsible for analysis and proposal of appropriate solution/s for customer’s demand with respect to different options on market, available internal systems, and DT standards; and for subsequent preparation of technical documentation for developer. As a engineer, you will collaborate with talented, dynamic, passionate, and diverse team members who support the high-end Cisco customers to resolve highly complex technical issues within SD-WAN solutions. You will provide technical support to high-profile Cisco customers. Working with state of the art technologies and solutions will also be part of your job. Our SD-WAN engineers are trusted advisors to Cisco customers. They directly impact the Customer Dedication with Cisco which reflects DTT success as a business leader in SD-WAN technology.

You will succeed if you:

You have most of these skills:

• Professional in SD-WAN based VPN and security technology
• 3 years + experience working with Service Providers and/or large MSP or Channel Partners
• Knowledge of networking technology like BGP, MPLS, L2/L3 VPN
• Ability to demonstrate a knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, UDP)
• Experience using routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP
• Deep SD-WAN Knowledge of Cisco SD-WAN technology and cEdge Hardware family
• Experience with Cisco Network Service Orchestrator
• Experience with Ansible, Python or/and Terraform
• Hands-on experience with at least one of the cloud vendors (AWS, Microsoft, Google) and Cloud Security
• Technical certifications will be a plus

Wage (gross)

From 2 245 EUR/monthFinal salary is negotiable. We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 2245 €/brutto.
