General description
• Act as a process expert in the team
• Initiate process changes in the team
• Support managers in a variety of ways
• Transparency of business results, finance & processes in the company
• To prevent managers from making inefficient decisions which are based on strategy of division
• To provide all relevant controlling information to managers, which are used for decision making
• To coordinate preparation of the plans & sub- plans, which are oriented to ensure successful future of the company
• To develop & maintain controlling systems
Accountabilities
• Business management support of large customer projects within the transition and transformation phase
• Commercial project management, creation of transparent cost structures and evaluation of the profitability of contracts and business cases
• Evaluation of opportunities and risks, derivation and coordination of the implementation of recommendations for action to optimize results, increase profitable growth
• Support and implementation of relevant balance sheet valuation methods, monthly and year-end closing procedures
• Cross-divisional contact for all business management issues
• Maintain internal standards, processes and routines based on group requirements

Wage (gross)
From 1 250 EUR/monthFinal salary is negotiable.
We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1250 EUR/brutto.

Requirements for the employee
Candidates with education suit the position
University education (Bachelor's degree)
Language skills
German - Upper intermediate (B2) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
• University education (Bachelor’s degree) in Business Administration or similar qualifications (ideally with focus on subject matter) or higher
• 2-3 years professional experience in finance & controlling, preferably experience in large customer projects
• Comprehensive knowledge in project controlling, business cases calculations and accounting.
• Experience with methodologies in project management and agile working
• Very good communication skills
• Structured way of working, coupled with target and result orientation
• High degree of initiative, implementation strength as well as analytical thinking and conceptual skills
• Business fluent in German and English, both written and spoken (certificates may be required)
• Willingness to travel (Europe, focus on Germany)
• 2-3 years professional experience in finance & controlling, preferably experience in large customer projects
