Job description, responsibilities and duties

The main task is to actively monitor 24x7 IT Process Chain dashboards, to evaluate possible customer business impact of incidents, identify the technical area of impact and involve responsible technicians to solve the incidents. Communicate with the respective business areas of Deutsche Telekom and get to know the Telekom business environment from an IT perspective.
To successfully perform the tasks you will organize and facilitate technical teleconferences, attend meetings and inform the management about incidents. High communication skills in German are a must.
Other responsibilities:
• Active review of working instructions
• Communication with high management
• Proactive actions in case of detection of abnormal but not critical behavior (analyzing, communication, tracking, …)
• Update the Logbook, collect information about changes
• Initiate trainings or lessons learnt, if necessary

• knowledge of business processes OF Telekom Germany GmbH
• Basic knowledge about the applications and interfaces between them in the Telekom IT
• Ability to work with Service Manager 9 (creating and tracking of tickets) and NIMBUS (finding of problem tickets which are related to created issues)
• Ability to work with monitoring tools in use

Wage (gross)

878 EUR/monthFinal salary is negotiable. We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 878/brutto.
