Job description, responsibilities and duties

Performs tasks related to the respective Production processes. Coordinates and controls processes according to valid standards in order to increase the efficiency of the service activity and customer satisfaction. Designs and produces internal and external reports related to process management.

Accountabilities
• Organization / participation on meetings with all responsible stakeholders to coordinate change management process’ steps
• Communication with all involved parties within respective process in order to fulfill requests with high quality
• Coordination of implementation of all requests coming from other processes or Customers to meet the expected criteria
• Active participation in change management process related projects to ensure continuous improvement up to TSI Level
• Execute (Implement) the interface between processes and operational topics to ensure proper communication
• Knowledge sharing of respective processes to raise general awareness about processes

Wage (gross)

815 EUR/monthMinimum brutto salary per month is 815EUR Brutto + variable part + other financial benefits. The final basic wage component can be adjusted accordingly to individual skills and experience of selected candidate.
