Job description, responsibilities and duties

HR BPO is acting as Process Professional and uses the whole variety of the corporate and local HR portfolio. HR BPO is acting mainly in complex operational, case-related matters within the assigned reference area. Provides solution-oriented consultancy in the assigned reference area. Is responsible for efficient and consistent implementation of prelaunched HR standard processes and products for the entire organisation. Collaborates in special topics and projects, complex, central structure analysis.

• HR BPO is acting mainly in complex operational, case-related matters within the assigned reference area,e.g.
• Consequence management and Legal obligations, Labor Code
• HR data analytics, HR Dashboard, Reporting, Inputs for audits
• Job architecture, job model, job descriptions, job evaluation
• Remuneration, compensation and benefits
• Target management
• Key employees
• Surveys: Employee satisfaction survey, Pulse survey
• Internal control of wages and salary payments

Wage (gross)

900 EUR/monthMinimum monthly salary is 900 € brutto + variable part of salary + other financial benefits. The final basic wage component can be adjusted accordingly to individual skills and experience of selected candidate.

Brief description of the company

Our brand Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Slovakia entered the life of Košice region in January 2006 under the name T-Systems Slovakia and has been inextricably linked with this region ever since. We proved this the very next year, when we became one of the founding members of Košice IT Valley association.
