Job description, responsibilities and duties

Business Operation Manager monitors performance in specific focus areas of a business and supports organization’s leader in (data driven) decision making. Business Operation Manager consults and supports organization’s leader in reaching of a business objectives, such as: staying profitable, assuring productivity and efficiency while seeking to reduce costs, excellent customer service, employee attraction & retention. Business Operation Manager supports the organization to perform its best potential.

Accountabilities
• Provides analyses, consultancy and recommendations based on investigations in focus areas (Finance, Human Resources, Marketing & PR, Resource Management and Business Development) to serve as input for taking decisions.
• Provides business review reports in focus areas for different stakeholders (Managing Director, Finance, Human Resources, Communication, Strategy and External Stakeholders).
• Aligns with external stakeholders in matters such as business forecasting, IPF, KPI & target management.
• Monitors & controls contract management (Operation Level Agreement, Service Level Agreement, Delivery Agreement, Service Agreement, Data Privacy…).
• Prepares, monitors & controls organization’s efficiency program starting with planning phase and ending with achieving expected results.
• Monitors organization’s transformation, optimization & improvement programs.
• Supports business development, contributes to stakeholder´s management (visits, consultations).
• Prepares the communication and presentations for the organization’s leader.
• Manages organization’s strategic meetings and agenda.

Wage (gross)

1 200 EUR/monthMinimum monthly salary is 1200€ brutto + variable part of salary + other financial benefits. The final basic wage component can be adjusted accordingly to individual skills and experience of selected candidate.
