Job description, responsibilities and duties

Develop and design architectural system and application solutions, standards and roadmaps, assess new technologies for investment, and articulate the transition from current to future architectural state in consideration of the future needs of the business, security policies and requirements, and striking an optimal balance between standardization, customization, innovation, costs and risk management.

• collection, central documentation and understanding of license agreements
• contribution of technical view to new license agreement negotiations or re-negotiations of existing agreements (lead of negotiations is with product management)
• implement automated reporting of license usage in line with existing license agreements for (but not limited to):

1. Customer used licenses
• OracleLinux
• RedHat LINUX
• MSSQL 2014, MSSQL 2016 SE, MSSQL 2016 EE
• Nvidia Licenses
• Windows-Licenses

2. Internal/Backend used licenses
• Jira/Confluence + Plugins
• Bitwarden/Password Management)
• Blanccooo Disk Eraser
• vCloud (not really a license, but belongs to this topic)

• Ensure and execute regular purchasing of licenses, eg. but not limited to:
• reporting to central license department for purchasing MSSQL licenses
• reporting of NVIDIA licenses for placing PO with licenses distributor based on actual usage

• operates license servers (installation, maintenance, upgrades...)
• Input of forecasts to financial planning

2) Certificates Management
• Automated overview and reporting of all certificates used in platform backend, incl. expiration times
• Pro-active re-purchasing of certificates based on reporting
• Audit-proof documentation (ideally automatic) of certificates

3) Audit Support
• Implementation of an automated License management & Auditing System, including screening of ANY software used to provide our platform

Wage (gross)

1 500 EUR/monthMinimum monthly salary is 1500 € brutto + variable part of salary + other financial benefits. The final basic wage component can be adjusted accordingly to individual skills and experience of selected candidate.

• University degree and several years of work experience
