Job description, responsibilities and duties

General description
• Performing all kind of deployment tasks for Systems, Applications, and Products (SAP) independently and autonomously according actual standards.
• General knowledge and ability to support various components of the plug with specialization to certain area. Preparing customer specific solutions compliant with actual standards. Developing own methods and approaches for assigned area and propagating them in team.
• Independently check, execute, solve (where appropriate) and creates tickets (problem, change, incident) in order to maintain service to customers according to given quality KPIs and internal processes
• 2nd and 3rd level support
• Ability to solve complex tasks

• Smooth and uninterrupted operation of customers’ environment.
• Investigate the root cause of incidents and initiate actions to improve or correct the situation.
• Solves and coordinates activities across related technologies.
• Participation on on-call duties, independent solving and troubleshooting of incidents and errors within defined expertise.
• Train and participate on education of other employees.
• Error analysis and troubleshooting.
• Infrastructure knowledge
• Perform team specific non-technical tasks such as quality/ process/ reporting to support daily operation.
• Create and maintain documentation.
• Project participation and implementation.

• Responsibility and accountability for particular systems (depending on internal structure of team)
• Making complex analysis about system performance (SAP, DB, various components related to SAP app, analysing logs)
• Implementation of complex changes independently
• Event/incident management
• Act as mentor for less skilled colleagues
• Communication with customers and vendors

Wage (gross)

1 000 EUR/monthFinal salary is negotiable. We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1000 EUR/brutto.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• 2 years of experience within the field
• Advanced IT/PC literacy
• Linux administration
• Database administration (HANA, Oracle, MaxDB, DB2,…)
• SAP Technology overview and knowledge.
• Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) knowledge and process awareness.
• Analytical and presentation skills.
• Reliability and holds operational responsibility.
• Working on OnCall duties.
