SDM customer care team expert

Send your CV, if you:

•     University degree in electrical engineering, computer science, information systems or similar qualification
•     Experience in working in an international environment.
•     Basic knowledge of the IP technology and the Linux operating system.
•     Basic knowledge of the operation of the protocols (LDAP, SOAP XML, SPML)
•     Knowledge about cloud technologies (Kubernetes, ...)
•     C-NTDB knowledge is appreciated but not a must to have
•     Able to use CICD pipelines (GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins...)
•     Good communicate in English both oral and written

You are ideal if:

•     You have systems approach and logical thinking

•     You are proactive and creative in problem solving
•     Your ability to cooperate and communicate is advanced
•     You are handling well the changes, and customer oriented needs.
•     You have a confident demeanor and can act confidently towards customers in critical situations
•     You have experience in cloudification and DevOps / GitOps environment
•     You have knowledge of coding, scripting (Java, Python...)
•     If you have knowledge and familiar of real-time LDAP database mechanism

In Slovakia we offer a minimum gross salary of 1650 EUR plus annual bonus payment. The final offer will depend on the skills and previous experience of the candidate.
