Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Responsibilities:

 

  • Maintaining the HR systems and databases through the employee lifecycle (Employee central, personal vendors)
  • Maintaining HR tools with changes and provide support to employees and managers with regards to data quality and technical problem (HR Suite, Training and learning module, Decidalo, Appical, etc.)
  • Providing hands on support to the HR team and business leaders
  • Preparation of input for regular employee survey (Pulse)
  • Creation of internal orders for HR purchase requests like trainings, recruiting support and other services (shopping carts and goods receipts in the relevant system)
  • Providing operational support for legal entities in Hungary and Croatia including H&S and medical checks of employees, answering questions related to travel reimbursement and attendance, monthly closing, tax reconciliation support, benefit scheme maintenance, onboarding's and offboarding’s, internal policies update and creation in line with changes of respective local laws etc. with support of local services providers
  • Communication with Service providers
  • Coordination for opening manual payments accounts
  • Support in HR planning and HR reporting, split of costs per cost centers, checking of postings in personal costs, etc. job posting, active sourcing, changes to job posts, closing of job in the respective recruiting systems and channels and other supporting activities (LI, Eightfold, Kariera, etc)
  • Referrals processing – end to end including referral bonus payment - sending information to HR providers

 

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Education:

  • University degree or Bachelor in Economics or related filed


Professional knowledge and skills:

  • At least 2 years experience in HR area,
  • Basic knowledge of HR principles and processes
  • Labor law and regulations for Slovakia

 

Other soft skills, competences

  • Self-motivated
  • Highly collaborative
  • Organized, structured and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

 

Hard skills:

  • Ms Office, SharePoint, MS Teams, OneDrive

 

Language skills:
