Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for Commercial Controlling Manager for our Finance team.

Your role will be about supporting of company’s management in winning of new business by:
• Facilitating the whole BCA process and ensuring that BCA’s are prepared in professional manner and in line with Groupe policies. During BCA process, you will liase with various stakeholders on local and regional level.
• Reviewing rates calculations, checking and challenging completness of costs
• Developing Investment Models for various scenarios
• Reviewing BCA documents prepared by differrent stakeholders, ensuring their completness and consistency
• Identifying key risks and bringing them to management attention, challanging proposed mitigants
• Reviewing customers‘ contracts to ensure their adherence to approved BCA’s

You will also:
• Maintain BCA database, Contract database and Contracts calendar; manage Contracts approval process
• Peform Backchecks and Healthchecks of existing contracts
• Provide credit limits for new customers and regularly update credit limits of existing customers
• Be involved in budget process e.g. setting of new business targets and investment budget
