Job description, responsibilities and duties

MAIN JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Training and Coaching of all Kronos Implementer within the region
- Strong collaboration with all direct managers of Kronos Implementers in all clusters to build and maintain high quality implementer capabilities
- Active engagement and representation of the EMEA region in the global Kronos - - Forums (e.g. technical standards)
- Keep, maintain and improve DSC Standards of smartReM (which are relevant for smartTime and smartShift) in close collaboration with global CoE and other regions
- Establish and improve continuously implementation concept (aligned with smartReM CoE)
- Further develop and maintain solutions to support Kronos through smartOps (with global CoE)
- Ensure Kronos technical DSC Standards through the EMEA Kronos implementer community and in all Kronos installations
- Management of all Change Requests (out of region) in regard to global smartTime and smartShift Standards
- Identification and resolution of technical issues (Kronos) with common relevance across individual implementation
- Identification and mitigation of technical risks (Kronos) with common relevance across individual implementation
- Support of the resolution of local issues (Kronos) within individual implementation if required
- Support of the mitigation of risks (Kronos) within individual implementation if required
- Strong collaboration with regional IT kronos team
- Continuous review and further development of Kronos user training concepts and materials (based on global standards)
- Review local lessons learned findings and identify those with wider relevance, initialize corresponding follow ups
- Further develop and maintain the regional Kronos Implementer Community
- Specific support regional SmartReM Lead (direct leader of the role)
- Collaboration with regional OMS Engineers/ Community
- Collaboration with regional and local HR Teams
- Concepts for Training & Coaching of OMS Implementers (all roles) on Kronos relevant topics (globally aligned)
- Coaching & Consulting of people from all management levels (within an operations but as well above site mgt level)
- Training & Coaching of all Kronos Implementer and Superuser in all countries of EMEA
- Managing Kronos Implementer and SuperUser Community in EMEA
- Management of external Kronos consultants in case deployed within EMEA in specific projects

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

· Solid operational background in the supply chain industry (min. 3 years)
· Experience in implementing Kronos TimeKeeper
· Solid HR background
· Profound system literate and process thinker (proven in previous jobs for at least 2-3 years)
· Experience in working closely together within supply chain operations, IT and HR teams
· Experience in an operational environment and in HR environment is needed (min. 3 years)
· Solid know how on Kronos and the existing Kronos installations in EMEA
· Experience in working in/ with different geographies/ countries
· Training and coaching of individuals in international environment
· Strong experience and knowledge about HR system environments
· Dynamic and goal orientated person; enabling local teams to work accordingly to the regional plans
· Ability to influence without formal authority is required strongly / significantly
· Self-initiative but understanding the role as an integrated team role
· Ability and willingness to travel multiple times within the EMEA region (as part of steady business)
