Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Manage, analyse and develop eConnect – the European portfolio of customer facing tools for business customers of DHL Parcel Connect
- Gather features and requirements via customer projects, data review
or interviews
- Working closely with the Requirement Manager to support best
possible backlog work, feature prioritization and stakeholder communication / alignment
- Develop go-to-market, training and internal materials to clearly
describe the features, benefits and processes for different stakeholder
groups
- Conduct demos, trainings and knowledge sessions to win customer
volumes on the eConnect platform
- Actively manage and develop the eConnect Partner (3PV) integrations
to scale the product offering to business customers via software
partners
- Development of DHL Parcel Connect & Return Connect product offering in special projects and assignments

- Gather features and requirements via customer projects, data review

• 3+ years of experience in a relevant international context (logistics industry, eCommerce preferable)
• Academic degree (Business Administration, Economics, Logistics) or equivalent qualification
• Being a team player who enjoys cross-functional collaboration and applies effective stakeholder management
• Independent, pro-active and efficient problem-solving attitude with strong prioritization skills of complex requirements and sense of ownership
• Open and international mindset with excellent communication skills in an international environment
• CV in English is mandatory
