The purpose of the role is to support the Transport Director and Transport Operation Managers to deliver effective and efficient projects through the division in accordance with DHL methodology and processes, provide appropriate levels of business support for various business opportunities and scenarios such as new business wins, new business growth and exits. Establish strong working relationships with key business personnel and project stakeholders. Drive transport business and growth agenda through the pro-active identification, assessment and active cooperation with the BD Team.
On this role you will:
define transport processes and implement them to live environment,
be responsible for leading, management, control and development internal and external projects,
work on projects which require close cooperation with Business Development and other DHL entities,
identify new opportunities on the market,
actively participate cross country/field programs in Slovakia and Hungary,
create and manage the continuous improvement / productivity pipeline and challenge management based on predefined action list and pipeline,
foster a continuous improvement culture and relentlessly seeking opportunities for improvements on all levels within the organization,
ensure implementation of standardized DHL norms and rules, to improve current processes,
create, lead and control project teams in order to achieve targets.

Experience with Customer relationship management is a must
Experience in Automotive Supply Chain solutions is a must
Excellent communication skills
Fluent in Slovak and English.
