The purpose of this role is to :


• Responsible for managing the Talent Management / Acquisition, Learning & Development agenda across country / clustered countries. The role involves developing Talent Management / Acquisition, Learning & Development concepts and ways of working with the country business and HR teams to support strategic goals.
• Provide expert support to functions and countries on all aspects of Talent Management and general development
• Ensure compliance with corporate requirements on the myTalentWorld system
• Align to Global talent and L&D agenda
• Provide coaching, career advice and support to managers and talent at all levels within the organisation
• Manage the critical roles matching to talent
• Provide input and support on people development, succession planning and career planning
• Manage local talent brokerage
• Manage and guide year-end processes through myTalentWorld
• Build internal and external candidate pipelines
• Support with customization and deployment of attraction campaigns, e.g. college/graduate recruitment drives
• Ensure compliance with global acquisition policies and programs
• Day-to-day coaching, development and performance management of talent and team members
• Establish a virtual community corporately, globally and regionally.
• Manage a virtual functional team to achieve targets.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

• 5-8 years experience in various Human Resources-related areas
• Topic leadership experience in talent management and general development preferred
• Related formal professional qualification
• English and Slovak language fluent knowledge
