DHL Operations Graduate Program provides a diverse range of development opportunities to help to achieve you a Leadership role within the warehouse operation, including:
The place of work may change within Western Slovakia(Senec, Nitra,Gáň).
• Based in directly at warehouse learning an 18 month structured development
program
• Rotation amongst different warehouse functions and / or placement at
different sites
• Early responsibility and fast progression to managerial operational roles
• Leading Process Improvement initiative on site and participation in cross
country project
• Experience of working within fast paced sites and environments
• A framework of personal development modules focusing on managerial skills
Regular performance feedback and personal development planning
