Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for a Site Finance Lead for our new warehouse near Bratislava. We are seeking for person who likes to work in a dynamic company and will become a member of an enthusiastic team.

In this role:
• You’ll be member of Implementation team for the new warehouse, where you will be responsible for Finance area. This includes tracking of start-up cost and their comparison to start-up budget, set up of Finance Controlling in the warehouse in accordance with DHL standards, and set up of billing process to customer.
• You’ll develop annual budgets and monthly forecasts for the warehouse/customer
• You’ll manage monthly financial closing in the warehouse, ensure that monthly financial results correctly reflect performance of the warehouse
• You’ll report financial results to Management
• You’ll analyze deviations of actual results from financial plan, identify Risks & Opportunities for financial results, propose actions
• You’ll develop ad hoc financial analyses for Management
• You’ll manage timely and accurate billing to customer and you’ll be contact person for your finance counterpart on customer’s side
• You’ll participate on meetings with customer, support Account Manager in commercial calculations and negotiations
• You’ll be responsible for compliance of finance processes in the warehouse with Group and Country policies
