HR MANAGER

HR Manager is responsible for delivery of HR operation and service delivery at local level across all business areas. Work in collaboration of head office to ensure a consistent approach is delivered in all areas and in line with the country and wider HR strategy and tactics. Coaching relevant key stakeholders in line with HR principles. Delivering excellent customer service, both internally and externally. Responsible for the building and maintaining strong and harmonious relationships with all key stakeholders.

Ensures corresponding company services in the HR area. Provides consulting regarding organizational changes by securing the process of changes and actively contributing to the process of changes.

Main accountabilities:

- Management of one operation, implementation and execution of HR strategy and tactics at site level;
- Understanding the local business/functional context, issues and challenges to provide specific advice to Business Managers;
- Deliver HR solutions as appropriate to enhance commercial performance;
- Contribute to the business agenda and strategy to provide an effective and pro-active generalist HR service for the respective client groups;
- Participation in key people related change decisions, anticipating and effectively dealing with any people issues;
- Use globally/regionally provided HR tools, processes and techniques to address issues;
- Endorse efficient internal communication and co-operation, build and maintain relations with external customers and suppliers effectively;
- Contributing to business change and continuous improvement;
- Effectively manage and develop the HR team seeking to actively grow the team's skills and experiences to ensure a value added HR service is available to support the business needs at all times.

Personality requirements and skills

- Slovak & English language – fluent, German language is an advantage;
- Relevant HR management experience – min. 5 years;
- Experience from production, automotive or logistics business , with 1000+ FTE´s;
- University degree;
- Leadership, coaching and negotiation skills;
- Experience with negotiating with Unions;
- Team development, ability to motivate people;
- Effective communication and customer orientation;
- Flexibility, ability to work under the pressure.
