The purpose of the role is to coordinate all deliveries / collections for the customer.
Main responsibilities:
• Track and expedite inbound / outbound vehicles for Green field plant in Nitra,
• Ensure vehicle turnaround times are met as per the deck plan and all delays / issues are escalated to the relevant stakeholders in a timeous and professional manner,
• Record and measure carrier performance against the planned arrival / delivery times and generate relevant KPIs to support,
• Update KPIs/ dock plans, reasons for late/ early arrival and any delays are recorded,
• Work with internal and external operational teams to resolve any delivery / loading delays,
• To identify, solve and report operational inconsistencies, problems and delays and where applicable escalate to senior management,
• Complete any documentation required in relation to late deliveries or request from the customer for deliveries to be pulled forward,
• Accurate and timeous recording and capturing of data,
• Working on shifts.
