We’re looking for Business Performance Optimization & BUIT Manager who will be responsible for leading up small team by providing leadership, focusing on customer requirements, implementation and improvement processes, effective operational performance, quality assurance and motivated workforce. He/she will manage three domain areas:

Performance Improvement /First Choice drives the realization of business impacts through continuous improvement for DGF by measuring DGFs KPI performance, running FC initiatives and deploying TFCW globally

BPO drives the process and system evolution for DGF including training to maximize productivity and quality. Heavy involvement of BPO in the deployment of the transformation pillars.

Implementation drives the implementation of business from business award until go live synchronizing and synchronizes customer, commercial, product and local operations activities during implementation

Performance Improvement /First Choice
– Responsible for DGFs performance reports
– Coordinate KPI definition and target setting and support generation of KPIs
– Discuss performance reports with functional & local management as part of regular management reviews
– Align on improvement initiatives with functional & local management
– Manage improvement initiatives, coordinate establishment of best practices and deployment of new processes
– Own and govern DGF’s process improvement methodologies, (process, tools, systems, training for DMAIC, PIW, 5S) in alignment with DP DHL
– Establish status reporting for improvement initiatives
– Ensure needed quality certification and standards incl. customer complaint handling
– Ensure conduction of internal quality audits
– Align with regional Performance Management heads on regional KPI measurement and improvement
– Establish performance improvement programs for DGF’s top customers together with executive sponsors and marketing/sales
– Drive the evolution and deployment of TFCW within DGF
– Drive the definition process and management /follow-up of AIPs (Annual Improvement Plans)

– Lead system enhancement process through the BPSG and FISG process in coordination with product, functions and IT
– Provide application support and training for core applications through the support & training group
– Ensure process excellence & evolution across DGF functions
– Maintain all system and process related training materials
– Manage and maintain all ISO certifications of DGF; manage the internal audit schedules and community
– Ensure the integrity and evolution of the DGF target operating model post transformation

– Get involved and manage customer escalations during and after implementation

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards

from 2000 EUR gross/month base salary, plus other benefits (financial and nonfinancial) depending on the previous exprience

• Knowledge Slovakia / EU/ legislation is advantage
• Fluent in English and other language is an advantage
• MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), internet on advanced level,
• Driving license B - active driver..
Min. 3 years professional experience in similar role, strongly oriented for Project management
