Job description, responsibilities and duties

Are you experienced in recruitment, strong in stakeholder management and enjoy working in dynamic environment? We have a great opportunity - a new role in our largest site in Slovakia - HR Supervisor for Sourcing & Induction.

Main responsibilities:
• Key contact and first point of reference for the Operation management and providing them HR consultancy as Business partner,
• Supervising and coordinating all processes related to recruitment, selection and induction of new employees,
• Responsibility to manage team of 3 HR Coordinators, provide training and motivate the team,
• Responsibility to supervise and coordinate recruitment and sourcing of all possible channels (external, internal, central sourcing center),
• Regular communication and dealing with external sourcing partners / agencies,
• Evaluation of effectiveness and quality of sourcing partners,
• Ensure staffing of required number of direct employees for total DHL EXEL operation,
• Coordinate fulfillment of internal HC orders in cooperation with Supervisors,
• Manage timely replacements and fluctuation management,
• Coordinate of all recruitment, replacements and induction processes for new employees,
• Ensure communication in line with Employer branding strategy as well as Internal & external communication,
• Deliver generalist HR advises and consultations to the business unit in all aspects of recruitment, reward, retention and development.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in either HR generalist or recruitment role (ideally both),
• Experience with management of small team within large company is desirable,
• Experience within a complex production site/s, preferably automotive organization is an advantage,
• English – upper-intermediate, Slovak – native,
• Understanding of Slovak labor legislation and regulations related to recruitment,
• Knowledge of SAP HR module is an advantage,
• Ability to develop awareness of HR policies and organizational regulations,
• Operational thinking as well as excellent people skills,
• Demonstrated experience of partnering with the business,
• Goal-oriented, structured, high sense of responsibility and self-initiative,
• Strong dedication and motivation to work in a dynamic environment.
