Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- being first contact point for end-users, representing DHL SK IT on a professional level
- supporting end-users using information systems and helping them with reported IT tickets
- determining IT ticket category and priority with regards on operation needs and agreed SLAs
- handling IT tickets using service management system aligned with ITIL processes
- escalating incidents to an appropriate resolver group in case of need and tracking steps of resolver groups to ensure that the incident is solved on time and in a requested way
- taking significant part in communication with users, customers, other resolver groups and suppliers in order to resolve the incident effectively
- executing daily tasks and if needed informing operations about any issues, investigating stock reconciliation differences from IT perspective
- taking part in standard desktop support (user accounts, mailbox setup, connections setup), helping IT teams with testing system functionalities during new implementations
- doing proactive monitoring of IT systems (internal and external) to ensure continuous run of WH operations
- training end-users during IT systems changes, can act as an internal IT trainer

Requirements for the employee

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Language skills
English - Intermediate (B1) and Slovak - Proficiency (C2)
Personality requirements and skills
- 2 or more years in DSC warehouse operations as inbound/outbound clerk or similar position
- good knowledge of warehouse operations and processes
- good knowledge of at least one WMS system used in DSC SK
- good HW / SW view (Printers, Scanners, Win7, MS Office, FTP) – advantage
- Oracle SQL or similar query language – advantage
- good communication skills
- incident and service management skills – advantage
- being able to work under pressure
