We’re looking for Airfreight Team leader who will be responsible for leading up to 10 operational staff by providing leadership, focusing on customer requirements, effective operational performance, and motivated workforce. He/she will manage and develops the operation processes of airfreight . He/she will manage a diverse team in order to fulfill business requirements. He/she will be contributing to the broader commercial environment, taking responsibility for attracting new and additional business.

Job description, responsibilities and duties:
- Is responsible for leading smaller team of specialist (up to 7 people)
- Plan, distribute and control the daily jobs tasks of specialists within Airfreight Team DGF Slovakia
- Is responsible for resolving non-standard situations/ escalation process/ resolving issues
- Is responsible for monitoring, evaluation, increasing of effectiveness and team productivity
- Is responsible for implementation and adherence of SOP for regular customers
- Is back up for team members
- On daily basis share important information related to save and effective coordination of cargo
- Maintain the working conditions of Airfreight Team DGF Slovakia in accordance with the local legislation and corporate directions
- Maintain achieving the AFR team goals, productivity and quality of services, result oriented person with high expectation of service
- On regular basis organize one on one meetings with her/his directs, providing regular feedbacks, evaluate achieving of KPIs of team members and creating succession plans
- Coach and support them in their professional and personal development
- Approve attendance and set up back up strategy
- Hire and On board new colleagues, hands on required knowledge and set up professional trainings
- Suggesting development and trainings for specialists of AFR team
- Lead by example and finding the ways of motivation of his/her directs
- Prepare regular reports on daily/weekly/monthly/ annual basis
- Closely cooperate with the team of Sales, Finance, Customer service, HR, BPO, Country manager
- Directly reported to Airfreight manager and substitute him/ her during the absence, dotted line reported to Head of Sales, Head of BPO, Head of Customer service
- Is responsible for Risk management and Customer satisfaction
- Suggest and implement new working procedures and processes and effectiveness of team
- Is responsible for keeping local and corporate standards

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards

from 1500 EUR gross/month base salary, plus other benefits (financial and nonfinancial) depending on the previous exprience
